The Garden
"I was running all the time - here you can breathe"
A collaborative printmaking project about the role of plants and gardens
in enabling survivors of torture and organised violence to rebuild
their lives in the UK.
The Garden was commissioned by the Open Society Foundation and is a collaboration with members of Room to Heal from Cameroon, Turkey, Madagascar, and Cote D’Ivoire, psychotherapist Mary Raphaely, and printmaker Catherine Orbach.
